Ihop in Aberdeen

We had a group of nine family members. Our meal was delicious and everything was delivered as ordered. I'm terrible with names but our waitress was sweet and amazing. The Manager was very professional and very understanding. This was a Great experience! Thank you so much! Keep up the good work!

Avoid this place. The restaurant was half empty, and about 30 people were still waiting to be seated. Everyone ended up leaving. Heard another person say she experienced the same thing a few days ago.

This was the most quiet IHOP I have ever experienced. The wait to be seated was rather long provided there were not a lot of people and the server sat us at a table that was not clean initially. The food took a while but was served hot and was good.

Food was good, service great.. hard to find this location off I-95. As it attached to a hotel. No big signs as with the other many restaurants around.. Enjoy

The Waitress Samantha was very rude and racist towards my and I family she did not serve us in the beginning with any Silverware napkins or even bother to ask us if we wanted water..After we ordered the food took long to come out and she didn’t even bring it out I asked her for water she didn’t give me water then she will walk past us not even ask us what we need as if we’re not her customers!! She gave me the check fast after the food came out and we wasn’t even done eating It’s like she wanted us out!! I spoke to the manager before I paid She was very nice and try to give me the whole check for free but I did not except that I paid for my whole check and I appreciate that she tried but the service was horrible.I will never return again!

The service and the food was excellent. Under new management, I was impressed.

This place is horrible we walked in and there were 12 people waiting to be seated and the restaurant had no customers at the tables. The wait staff were in the back talking like they didnt know how to seat the guest waiting up front for the past 45min. The food is ok but they really need to fire there whole staff and replace and this place would be great for now avoid at all cost.

We were terribly disappointed. I ordered the country fried steak because i had done so at another restaurant previously and was very satisfied. But this time the steak was grossly overcooked and difficult to chew. Both my wife and I ordered meals that included fried potatoes. They were so hard they were inedible. I remarked to my wife that they looked and tasted more like pretzels than potatoes.

The ine aberdeen u ihop was seated fasr but after seated was not r irder everyone seemed to walk by us and we asked who was waitress but finally that was notr waitress took it then we then waited for bill now waiting somebody too take the payment

Was a little hesitant because Im not really a IHOP fan...however - this IHOP blew me away! Best IHOP in Harford County. Excellent service, courteous friendly staff, delicious food. Very clean too. Will definitely be back! Thank you Aberdeen IHOP for an awesome breakfast!

wnet feb 8 2020 one server on duty wife orded the fish had to send it back so much seasons it burned her mouth did not get here meal till every body else was done eating . I orded the new chicken sandwich came out so greesy i put a napkin under to drain greese bottom bun so soggy could not eat it was just mush there was 7 of us we live in aberdeen and will not go back.

This IHOP is GREAT Food was delicious recieved good service from multiple servers. Everyone had smiles and worked as aTeam. Definitely bringing the family next time 👍🏾

The food was good, as always, but the service was so slow. We waited nearly 15 min for drinks (basic coffee and water)!. The food came out immediately after. We enjoyed the food - it tasted great and comes in decent portions. Only after we got up to get our own extra plates and silverware, did the served come to ask if we needed anything. We asked for more coffee at the end of the meal and waited another 10min!

The service here is always phenomenal. I have never had a problem with my order. The food is never anything less than delicious. I will definitely continue to come here.

So there was a wait because it was busy which is fine, I can understand that . But there was empty booths and wouldn’t sit anyone. We have been seated almost an hour now , only thing we have got is the drinks, the table by the front door has been dirty since we got here. No one has even tried to clean it , there as another family that had came in about the same time as us they didn’t even get drinks only menu so they finally got up and left after an HOUR. This is the worst service I’ve ever gotten and I’m only staying because my boyfriend really wanted the pancakes . Personally I’d rather go to Waffle House

My family stopped here Friday night. There was one waitress running the entire floor. She was hostess/waitress/server/bus boy, with the cook helping when she could. There were eight other tables seated. I was nervous that it would take forever to place and receive our order. But, the waitress absolutely killed it! Not only did we order and get our food quickly, but she did it all with a smile. Her name was Ginger, and she is an absolute champ! To top it off, the food was awesome.

The covid practices are obvious and they are doing a good job with that, the food was acceptable, though my hashbrowns were on the cold side. The server was nice enough she left us to our selves but checked up in regular intervals. Over all a typical experience in a typical chain restaurant.

The food "all of it" wasn't hot. It wasn't even warm. There was no quality control coming out of the kitchen. It was better when it opened initially, but it will be a while before I come back.

Nice place with fine service.

I only give it one star, but this place doesn't even deserve that. The service was HORRIBLE! We were one of 4 tables and it took 45min to get our food. AND find out once our meal was served that there was no soup that was supposed be a part of my husband's meal. Server brought the wrong kind of toast and then took another 15min to bring the correct toast along with my side of bacon. I'd already finished my omelette and hashbrowns. Server never checked on us or asked if we wanted refills. Got a manager and she was just as unapologetic as the server. This was our first time at this IHop, needless to say, we wont be returning. Denny's can have our business and the servers are worth leaving a nice tip.

Went on a Friday night- sign posted on the door stated they closed at 11pm. It was only 10:30pm and the doors were locked. Wait staff was just standing around, I saw at least 5 staff members doing absolutely nothing. I can only assume leaving early is more important than good business practices. This is the worst IHOP I have ever tried to go to.

No muss, no fuss. Just a good old stack of cakes and some hot coffee. The place was quiet and clean. The coffee was fresh and hot and the tres leche cakes were terrific. I came to appease a mid afternoon pancake sweet tooth and ate enough food to bust a gut, all before 5 pm. This would have been way too much for breakfast but made a great early dinner.

Food was great and so was the server. Alot of restaurants have been busy due to the weather, accidents, and closed roads/highways. Even so, they are still doing a great job.

Not clean, food was cold and didn't have items that we ordered. Went early around 10am. Service wasn't bad.

After being disappointed by several IHOPs along the Atlantic seaboard, we begrudgingly stopped here for a quick bite in our travels. Great breakfast decision!!! Our server was polite, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable on the menu and what each plate came with for substitutions. She had excellent people skills and pre-bussed the table. I wish I caught her name to give kudos, but great work!! The omelette tasted amazing and not overwhelmingly spicy. Great blend of flavors!

Everytime I come to this IHop the food is over cooked and this time the floor was greasy and slippery at my table and it was hot inside and uncomfortable.

Best place to have a lavish breakfast.

Went in on 8/9/20 at 8:15 and were told all the stoves were broken so they couldn't cook anything, but as we were getting in the car 2 people went in and were seated. Nobody else was there.

Food was good. Service was a little odd. Our server couldn't answer simple questions. He took our order went back and put it in came back to our table and asked for our order again, as if we had just sat down? He was nice and attentive, but got the order wrong anyway.

Yumm. Good food. Wait staff was different. No complaints though

I recently visited your restaurant in aberdeen md at first everything was good but it took forever to get a drink then we had ordered and one of my just want ice cream and the wait staff explain she was by herself and it would take some time we understood and said that's find we will take it when the food comes out out, but when the food arrives it was wrong , not done and we were missing stuff that your wait staff never even came to ask if everything was ok, the food was cold and several others of my family had similar issues your waitress came out with a horrendous attitude and said I told you I was busy, so the manager comes out with an even bigger attitude giving excuses and just said you dont have to pay for your meal, well in fact I will be telling all my friends and I will never visit this establishment ever again they all should be fired Thank you

Worse iHop in Harford County. Customer service was poor. Omlette was burnt and cheese was not melted, not presentable at all. To top it off, the order was incorrect and the waiter still brought it out like. "Do you want this? I know its wrong but... they dont listen." Im like yeah just to not give a hassle, but the taste was bland and overall wasnt the best experience. The manager was kind enough to resolve the issue by giving me a refund but I was looking forward to a good omlette because I've never been disappointed with an omlette from iHop ever before. I live and learn just be cautious with this specific location's omlettes.

Had just finished Skydiving at Skydive Baltimore and was incredibly hungry afterwards. Terri mu server was fantastic, friendly and courteous. Food was incredible there egg omelet with a mixture of meats.

Service was decent but the food was horrible. I got the steak omelet which didn't look at all like the menu picture. There was very little steak, which was overcooked and chewy and almost no cheese. Very dry. The fruit cup came out and the fruit looked like it had been sitting out for days. I was afraid to eat it. I will not be going there again.

It's a cozy place to dine with family and friends. The quality of food was acceptable. The menu was extensive. Ambiance was pleasant and area was generally clean. We were 1 of 3 groups eating an early dinner. However, the waitress was slow to serve and took very long breaks between checking on us, in spite of have very few customers at the time. I went to try their new BURGER and was pleased with the quality and taste. However, the prices were higher than the advertised $6.99. I would go back to try their pancakes and CREPES, since few restaurants offer crepes around here. The biggest disappointment was the kids menu and value offered. We paid almost $5 for 4 chicken nuggets and bowl of fruits! I could have gotten double the food at any fast food restaurant!!!

It was nice.. altho the waitress kept leaning over my plate and tried to take it before I was done.. however IHOP is still my #1

Waited 10 mins before i was greeted ...waited 10 mins before i requested to be moved because nobody had still come to assist us...the hostess ended up taking our order she was very nice but it took 25 min for our food to come... If i could give negative stars i would ...tables around us were left dirty probably the worst overall experience we've ever had at an ihop

Attached to a hotel, it's a ways back from the road nestled into a crook of the freeway ramps. Food was fast, menu was typical, and the waitress had a pleasant, if artificial, demeanor. Perfectly acceptable place for a quick American breakfast.
